Roasted hake loin “Chiba” sauce and confited tomatos 
Cod fish cube with “ajoarriero” (tomato, onion and pepper sauce) and  “pilpil” *
Squid in its own black ink *

Beef loin grilled with roasted peppers
Pork loin with cream of chestnuts and crunchy parsley, yucca and sweet potato *
Duck magret with orange sauce and glaces onions *

Our Tiramisu with coffee ice cream
